Questions buyers ask

Plain answers about outsourced lead generation. If yours is not here, book a call.

What does outsourced B2B lead generation include?

Account research, named decision-makers, multi-step email verification, outreach to those people, reply and bounce tracking, and a private live dashboard. It is ongoing work, not a one-time spreadsheet drop. The outline is on the lead generation page.

Do you sell a list and stop there?

No. The engagement is the work: find fit accounts, name the buyers, verify the email, and run outreach you can watch. An unchecked rented list is not the product.

How do you find decision-makers instead of generic inboxes?

We look for the roles that own the decision in the way you sell, then keep a named person on the record. A shared company address is not the target. More is on verified decision-maker contacts.

How does email verification work?

Every address goes through more than one check before it is treated as ready to send. A pattern guessed from a name and a domain is not a finished record. The aim is a low bounce rate.

Will cold email hurt our sender reputation?

Reputation suffers when too many messages bounce or when mail goes to the wrong people. We verify first, write to named people, and track bounces so a bad address is not reused. You keep your own domain. We do not promise inbox placement. The longer version is cold email outreach.

What does the client dashboard show?

Your team sees your prospects only. Each record has a status: researched, verified, in sequence, replied, or bounced. It updates as the work moves. The picture on the homepage is an illustration, not a live client. See client reporting dashboards.

Which industries do you work with?

We most often work with CPG and ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers and co-packers, and freight and logistics companies. If you sell into a similar operations or procurement chain, say so when you book a call. Short notes are on the industries page.

How do we start?

Email [email protected] or use the form on the homepage. It opens a message in your own email app. Tell us who you sell to and what a bad-fit account looks like. Nothing typed into the form is stored on this site.

Do you store what we type into the contact form?

No. The form does not send data to a server. It opens a mailto to [email protected]. If you send that email, we receive it the way we receive any other email. The privacy page says the same thing.

What is not available yet?

Tracked landing pages, weekly scorecards, and automated workflows are in development. They are not part of the work we run today.
